Robinson, Reagan & Young, PLLC strives to provide quality legal services in a prompt manner for a reasonable fee. To that end, our attorneys apply their extensive knowledge and expertise in collections law and a wide variety of other areas of focus to achieve the best possible results for each client. We work diligently and effectively and regularly keep clients apprised of the status of their case.
The firm has historically engaged in a very active commercial practice involving creditors' rights, and general civil and criminal defense litigation. The firm has an extensive debt collection practice representing major communications companies, utility providers and municipalities. In fact, we represent three of the top five telecommunications companies.
The firm was established in 1991 under the name Adams and Whiteaker, P.C. In 2002, Mr. Alfred Adams & Mr. R.C. Whiteaker retired, and the firm, under new ownership, became Robinson, Reagan & Young, PLLC. Worrick G Robinson IV, the senior member, has been with the firm since 1994. Mark B. Reagan, also a member, joined the firm in 1995. Stephen G. Young, of counsel, entered the firm in 1999. Phillip D. Patterson became an associate with the firm in 2006.
The firm is in alliance with American Collectors Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Nashville, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, and American Bar Associations.
We have achieved an AV rating from legal industry leader Martindale-Hubbell. The rating, based on peer reviews, is the highest given and signifies preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards.
