We have significant experience in obtaining judgments through judge and jury trials. We also pursue appeals.
Once a judgment is obtained, we utilize a number of methods of enforcement until the balance of the debt is recovered including garnishment, installment payment plans, personal property liquidation, real estate liens, and executions. Our attorneys often domesticate foreign judgments from one state to another.
